Hot Stone Massage
A hot stone massage is used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and soft tissues throughout your body. During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body. The therapist applies massage oil to the skin. Holding stones in both hands, the therapist uses gliding movements to move the stones along the muscles.
